 End-User Training

A lot of thought and planning goes into end-user training. Success requires a good training agenda, a workable schedule, a comprehensive outline, and a great trainer.

We will assist with all of the upfront planning and organizing, provide you with a customized outline, and then give your staff only the skills they need to complete their day-to-day tasks.

Our trainers are skilled at creating a pleasant and fun environment that will promote learning and understanding.

Our greatest thrill is watching the users' gain the skills and then the confidence they need to go back to their desks and handle their daily workload.

 

 Floor Support

To solidify what the end-users have learned in class, we provide floor support. During this time we walk the floors and assist each user with specific issues and concerns as they perform their daily activities. We also provide "lunch and learn" sessions.

 

New Hire Training

CARM Consulting is happy to be involved with your new-hire training so that over time, new employees know exactly how to work in their environment.

 

 Refresher Training or "Lunch and Learn" Sessions

With so much to absorb during the original training session, every so often a refresher course is in order. We customize this training depending on issues reported at your Firm and our experiences over the years.

 

Documentation

Each firm will use the same software in their own unique way and the documentation must reflect the uniqueness of the firm.

We provide customized documentation that reflects the unique screens, macros, templates, settings and integration between applications.

Quick Reference guides are great resources for the users. We also provide these guides customized to meet your firm's specific software needs


Macro Packages and Custom Templates

CARM Consulting, Inc. can assist you in reviewing and determining the best macro package for your firm. We can also provide or assist you in the creation of "basic" letterhead, memo, and pleading templates.

 

 Legal Software Training in Foreign Languages

We understand that International Law Firms have the need to provide foreign language training to overseas offices. CARM has direct access to experienced trainers that can provide training and floor support in six (6) different foreign languages such as French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish.

By providing your firm with experienced trainers that know the legal environment and, at the same time speak several languages, we can guarantee continuity in the training delivery in several of your international offices.

 

Help Desk

Help Desk Staffing can also be provided to either bring your current staff up to speed or assist during vacations and leaves.

 

Conversion Consulting
